About Sustainability

PT Obi Nickel Cobalt is committed to running a responsible business. This commitment is reflected in our efforts to protect the environment, carry out social responsibility, and ensure good governance, in line with the company's vision to maximize the benefits of resources for the benefit of all stakeholders.

As part of Harita Nickel, we are guided by the Harita Nickel Sustainability Framework which focuses on 3 main pillars, namely: climate change, human rights and corporate governance.

All initiatives in the Sustainability Framework are outlined in a roadmap.

In 2022, we focus on the compliance aspect. We will increase understanding and commitment regarding sustainability to all stakeholders and align company regulations with good corporate governance.

In 2024, we focus on the strategy aspect. We will integrate ESG and business strategy, internalize ESG policies at every level of the business process, and collaborate corporate governance referring to national and global standards.

Then in 2025, we set an integration target. To achieve this, the company will build strategic partnerships through an investment approach and operational excellence to have a social and environmental impact.
